45th Drama International Short Film Festival 2022 The 45th Drama International Short Film Festival 2022 took place at the Municipal Conservatory with live streaming. This year’s President of the International Competition Programme jury was the multi-award winner Vasilis Kekatos. He is the first Greek director to have won a Short Film Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival, for his film “The Distance Between Us and the Sky” where Authorwave, as co-producer, had undertaken Post Production (Color Grading and Deliverables). The Drama Film Festival included the National Competition Programme, the International Competition Programme, the International and National Student Program, a Pitching Lab and a Pitching Forum, the International Animation Programme, as well as the “Short and Green” programme.  It was our great pleasure that among the films of the National Competition Programme are those whose creators collaborated with Authorwave for Post Production either at the Color Grading or the Deliverables level. 21o Cyprus Film Days International Film Festival Το 21ο Cyprus Film Days International Film Festival πραγματοποιήθηκε με επιτυχία και φέτος από 21 ως 29 Απριλίου 2023 στο Rialto Theatre – Θέατρο Ριάλτο στη Λεμεσό μ’ ένα κοινωνικά ευαισθητοποιημένο πρόγραμμα προβολών.   Η Authorwave συνεχίζει σταθερά να δίνει το παρόν με το καθιερωμένο πλέον Βραβείο Authorwave – Post Production. Στηρίζουμε το Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Κινηματογραφικών Ημερών Κύπρου που διατηρεί αναλλοίωτη δυναμική κι ευχαριστούμε για την εξαιρετική συνεργασία.   Το Βραβείο Authorwave, που συνοδεύεται από υπηρεσίες post-production αξίας €4.000, απονεμήθηκε στο ‘Mediterranean Fever’ (108′, 2022) σε σκηνοθεσία Maha Haj, συμπαραγωγή Γερμανίας, Γαλλίας, Κύπρου, Παλαιστίνης και Κατάρ.   Η ταινία αποκαλύπτει την εσωτερική δυναμική μιας φιλίας μεταξύ δύο γειτόνων. Η γεμάτη ενσυναίσθηση ματιά στην ιστορία δύο αντρών, τους οποίους συνδέει ένας ασυνήθιστος δεσμός, σκηνοθετήθηκε με ανεπιτήδευτη απλότητα, σκιαγραφώντας ένα τοπίο με στοιχεία μαύρης κωμωδίας, δίνοντας έμφαση στην ανθρώπινη ψυχολογική κατάσταση και υπογραμμίζοντας ευρύτερα κοινωνικά διλήμματα.  Το βραβείο παρέδωσε ο CEO/Founder της Authorwave Πάνος Μπίσδας στον συμπαραγωγό της ταινίας Μάριο Πιπερίδη.

IRIS Awards 2023 AUTHORWAVE, a Patron of the Hellenic Film Academy supporting its actions throughout the year, along with Patrons like Finos Film, Filmiki, Foss Productions, Boo Productions and Top Cut Modiano, attended this year’s Iris Awards represented by its founder and CEO Panos Bisdas who gave the Award for Best Make-up, Hairstyling and Special Effects to Ioanna Lygizou, Hronis Tzimos and Chara Vassiliadi for the film Broadway.

23o Cyprus Film Days International Film Festival Με επιτυχία πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 4-12 Απριλίου 2025 το 23ο Cyprus Film Days International Film Festival που συνδιοργανώνεται από το Τμήμα Σύγχρονου Πολιτισμού του Υφυπουργείου Πολιτισμού και το Θέατρο Ριάλτο της Κύπρου.  Η Authorwave συνεχίζει να δίνει το παρόν με το καθιερωμένο Βραβείο Authorwave – Post Production Cinema and Platform Mastering Services.  Στηρίζουμε το Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Κινηματογραφικών Ημερών Κύπρου που διατηρεί αναλλοίωτη δυναμική και ευχαριστούμε για την εξαιρετική συνεργασία.  Το Βραβείο AUTHORWAVE Καλύτερης Σκηνοθεσίας στο Διαγωνιστικό Τμήμα Κυπριακών Ταινιών απονεμήθηκε στην ταινία “Κάλτσα” (90′, 2024) σε σκηνοθεσία Κύρου Παπαβασιλείου, και παραγωγή drytree films.  Η χορηγία θα έχει ύψος ονομαστικής αξίας 7.000€ και θα αφορά σε υπηρεσίες Post Production Cinema και Platform Mastering.  Ένας σκηνοθέτης με οικονομικά προβλήματα έχει ένα ατύχημα που τον αφήνει προσωρινά ανάπηρο.  Παίρνει βοήθεια από τον ξάδελφό του που είναι μόνιμα ανάπηρος.  Ο σκηνοθέτης αποφασίζει να κάνει ταινία το όλο συμβάν και τις μέρες που περνά με τον ξάδελφο, αλλά όλοι μπαίνουν εμπόδιο στη δημιουργία της ταινίας, και ειδικά η κοπέλα που τον τραυμάτισε.  Το Βραβείο παρέδωσε η CFO της Authorwave Ιωάννα Σουλτάνη στον σκηνοθέτη Κύρο Παπαβασιλείου.
